My name is Chance Waters and I am an online fitness coach who writes customized meal plans, training programs, and more for individuals just like yourself to help you reach your goals.
What I bring to the table is a completely customized experience tailored to you as an individual. With me you are treated as a person and friend, not just another number or dollar sign. For example, when it comes to meal planning I keep an open mind and realize that not everyone has the same health and dietary beliefs as I do so I do not force people to do the "Chance Waters" meal plan. Instead, I write plans completely based on your wants and needs, with a few adjustments and compromises so we can make sure that we hit the calorie, macro-nutrient, and micro-nutrient amounts that I deem appropriate for the goal you have set. There are always various ways to accomplish the same task so I am not close minded when it comes to your dietary wants, needs, and/or restrictions.
Most people are intelligent and know how to eat "healthy" but most don’t know the quantity, the volume, the weights, the macro's, and the micro's of those healthy foods to consume let alone what daily caloric intake will cause weight gain, weight loss, muscle gain, and fat loss - so that’s where I come in. Gaining or losing weight both take strict adherence to the given goal. I will guide you in any direction you want and help you reach any goal you want. Bulking, cutting, re-composition, etc. you name it, and I can get you there. Also I have found that a lot of people think that eating "healthy" always means better body composition and I can assure you this is not ALWAYS the case. You can definitely overdo it and over eat on purported health foods and push your body composition into the unhealthy range - which obviously is not the goal for most. I fine tune your macro's micro's and calories to where you’re excelling in health, and working towards your physical fit goal every single day. All you have to do is believe in me like I believe in you, keep a positive mindset, trust the process, stay consistent, enjoy the journey, and love the results. Easy enough right?
All of my clients are kicking ass and reaching all their goals on the daily and weekly and monthly basis. Men and women alike are both doing weight loss and weight gain programs so do not feel like as a man you cannot lose weight and as a woman you cannot gain weight. If it's what you want, it is what you will get. I love helping others and they are loving their results. Don’t think of me as a “weight loss coach” - I’m a big believer in visual and measurement changes > scale weight, so count me in as your "total body transformation" coach.
All my clients I have are on plans where they’re meal prepping in bulk for the week, weighing out each meal on a food scale in grams, eating the exact foods I tell them to to the gram and not a gram more or less, and then the plan adjusts weekly based on the results of that week's weigh-ins, measurements, and progress pictures.
You’ll need a food scale and will be weighing out every meal in grams. Every single gram, every single calorie, everything has to be accounted for and followed based on what I say, I am very precise and particular with my methodology and principles. I don't believe in using measuring cups as they are known to be extremely inaccurate and accuracy is key here. Also, it's beneficial to actually learn correct portion sizes for you, as most people tend to underestimate the amount of food that they eat. I suggest prepping enough meals 3-4 days at a time (I myself do a full week at a time) to make it easy and you’re more likely to stay successful if you already have the food prepared in advance and waiting on you to eat it. As I always say, fail to prepare and prepare to fail.
When it comes to weight loss I REALLY don’t believe in starving people or making people miserable or crashing their metabolisms just to lose weight. It’s so unnecessary. Dieting is supposed to be enjoyable and have a positive impact on your life and I will make sure it will be. I feel like It’s partly my life's mission to change people's mindsets, lifestyles , and opinions on dieting. There’s so much negative stigma surrounding it that I want to change and I hope I can do that for you. I'm all about nutrient dense, calorie sparse foods. So when you diet this way you get to eat a lot of food volume, without many calories. You may even complain that it's too much food at first, but just stay the course, push through it, and watch your body change in the mirror. You'll adjust and end up loving it. It's time to feed the machine. We are now putting premium fuel in the Ferrari. No more regular unleaded in the Ford.

By hiring me you will also have the option to receive monthly customized training programs on top of the weekly meal plans. Each program I write is written in 4 week blocks where afterwards we will progress into harder programs with more volume and failure based training tactics to keep the linear progression, advancing forward. As you progress and get faster, better, stronger it will be necessary for new training programs - if you want to continue to induce new muscular growth and hypertrophy. Again, it’s customized to YOU. I’m not going to write you a training program with barbell squats if you have a slipped disc in your back, etc. I understand that life can be hectic or maybe the gym isn’t for you so I do not limit you by writing gym programs only. I have plenty of clients that workout at home with nothing more than dumbbells and resistance bands. So don’t think that you are not limited to gym programs only. I highly believe that if there’s a will, there’s a way to get the job done and I do my best to make my services available to everyone from bodybuilders to your average stay at home mom.
Training programs are made to work along with your meal plan to help propel you towards your goal and definitely help push the results besides just diet alone. I find cardio and exercise alongside nutritious dietary habits to be the number one way to be healthier inside and out. Progress tends to be slower if you depend on diet only, but I do have clients that do well with meal planning only.
I know your time working with me will be short term, but it is my goal for you to have long term results and create lifelong healthy habits for yourself. You will see that once you start and fall in love with it, there’s no going back to the old you. Welcome to the new you!

-Adjustments whenever necessary so your progress doesn't stall - along with an explanation as to why.

-Exclusively Online! Working as an online only coach means that my attention isn't divided between clients that are local to me or not and that you have access to me and my services no matter where you live in the world.
